Its methodology, objectives and accomplishments.

The Religious Administration of The Muslims of Ukraine is officially registered in the state bureau of the religious affairs in 9-9-1992. It's presided by the Mufti of Ukraine Sheikh Ahmad Tamim and the official representative of the Muslims in the country whose number exceeds two million. Its main activities are to provide and satisfy religious needs of Muslims according to Islam.

The methodology of the Religious Administration:

The Religious Administration of The Muslims of Ukraine is responsible of patronizing the Muslims of Ukraine despite their different nationalities, observing what Allah said in the Holy Quran:

That means: «Adhere to the true Religion (Islam) and do not disunite»

It has first of all aims to explain and to spread the religious beliefs of Al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah, which were explained by two great of scholars of Islam: Imam Abu Al-Hasan Al-Ash'ari and Abu Mansour Al-Maturidi , may Allah have mercy on them. This belief was practiced by the righteous Imams, who were the Theolegists for all Muslims, those who said that, "our Lord is Allah" and they (believed and did what is right and refused and avoided what is Haram.(forbidden) It teaches and shows that the religion is not based on an instantaneous thought or an emotion prevailing one's self. When, Abu Bakr As-Siddik, may Allah raise his rank, was asked about an Ayah and he had not known its interpretation, said: "Which land will hold me and which sky will shade me if I say anything about the Qur'an which I do not know". This Islamic Jurisprudence was related by scholars of Islam and Muslims who lived during the first three centuries after the Prophet (peace be upon Him). Their knowledge had spread all over the world .

The objectives of The Religious Administration:

The objectives that Religious Administration has worked, and is still working on are to strengthen the bonds amongst the Muslim communities with all their classes and nationalies on the base of sound religious concepts. For that reason it works on educational, cultural social and information levels.

The accomplishments of the Religious Administration:

1-In cooperation with Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and other benevolent organizations it is interested in spreading the pure religious knowledge, in 1993 was established The Islamic University which is concered in graduating teachers of Islam and Imams of the mosques in accordence with fundamentals.

2- In 1996 was established school Irshad. It works according to the curriculumn of the Ministry of education and Science of Ukraine and pays special attention to teaching the Holy Quran, The Islamic culture and Arabic.
3-Publishing the newspaper "Minaret" in Russian and Arabic and the other books and broushers on the basis of Arabic sources, some of which are: Al-Aqidah Al- Tahawijah. Two scholastic book series on Islamic Culture and the series about the Prophets for children which were recognized by Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, and many other informational and educational materials such as video and audio tapes in order to introduce Islam and to spread the right conception about it.
4-Building "Al-Rahmah" Mosque in Kiev, a part of which has already been constructed and work is being completed. upon the Will of Allah.
5- Opening many places for prayers in Kiev and other cities and towns and provinces in which prayers, religious and educational lectures are held.
6-Opening the Summer and Sunday Schools in the most of Ukrainian provinces.
7- Solving the problems about allotment of special places for Muslim cemeteries and for building Mosques.
8-Supervising Muslim cemeteries and conducting the burial arrangements and poviding all needed documents, and participating commiseration to ease burdon of grief the muslims.
9- Providing medical and social services, espacially for those who has recently embraced Islam and also for the elderly and refugees.
10-Performing marriage contracts and issuing official documents in Kiev and provinces.
11-Organizing Religious chorales and organizing Religious festivals for such occasion and like The Birth of Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon Him.
